Want to judge at a tournament but not sure where to begin?
Check out the YouTube playlist below for introductory videos on how to judge our different competitive events!
Judge training is offered during novice season tournaments in the month of October and most varsity tournaments will offer shadowing opportunities early in the season. We will be hosting several judge training sessions in conjunction with nearby schools, so stay tuned for further information and contact us if you'd like to get involved!

Have you ever wondered why tournaments run so long?
The answer is pretty simple: lack of judges.
If you'd like to volunteer your time, we can always use judges at every tournament. As a judge you will be paid for your time (you can choose to donate your earnings to our team, which serves as a nice way we can raise money) and you tend to be fed very well. Judging does not have to be a full-day commitment--come when you can for as long as you can! We'll always be thrilled to have you and you'll be supporting our team and the greater speech and debate community.
